About the role

Data Intelligence & Action Officer
The Opportunity: We are seeking a Data Intelligence & Analytics Manager to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. This role will be responsible for finding, analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business insights that can influence strategic decisions. You’ll work across teams to understand business questions, determine what data is needed, build meaningful analysis and models, and present findings in a way that helps leadership make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and source relevant internal and external data to answer strategic business questions. Analyze and model complex datasets using SQL, Python/R, Snowflake, and BI tools. Identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers within the data. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Sigma, Tableau, Excel, and related tools. Translate data analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership and business stakeholders. Partner with business teams to define requirements and determine the right data and analytical approach. Validate data quality, develop meaningful metrics, and maintain accurate data documentation. Present findings and recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams. Leverage emerging AI and agentic tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot to improve analytical workflows. What You Bring 4+ years of data analysis/analytics experience, ideally in a commercial or technology environment. Strong SQL and relational database experience. Experience with data modeling, statistical/analytical techniques, and business intelligence. Experience with Sigma is required; Tableau or similar BI experience is a plus. Experience with Snowflake, Python, R, Excel, and/or ETL tools is highly valued. Ability to take ambiguous business questions, find the right data, analyze it, and turn the results into a clear business recommendation. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Why This Role Matters: This is more than a reporting role. You will be responsible for turning data into decisions—uncovering what the numbers are telling us, determining what it means for the business, and providing senior leadership with recommendations they can act on.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
