Base hourly rate is $17-$22/hr based on experience. + install bonuses. We pay "flat rate" for installs. Job Duties:
  • Highly skilled technician who demonstrates expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership.
  • Assist on installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
  • Proficient in Service
  • Titan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
  • Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
  • Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
  • Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
  • Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
  • Compensation$17 – $22/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
  • Total Comp: $55K–$90K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives
