Warehouse Associate Blue Seal Retail, LLC, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDETM family of companies, has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate at our Litchfield, CT store. This full-time position is ideal for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting efficient warehouse operations and exceptional customer service. Weekend availability is required. We also offer a generous employee discount! This position is designed and intended to be performed in Litchfield, CT.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products to our customers, both commercial and private Ability to safely operate a hand truck and a fork truck Operate all equipment and vehicle in a safe manner and obey all safety rules Receive and accurately load and rotate product Maintain the warehouse and loading areas in a neat and orderly fashion Report any safety concerns while performing essential duties Other duties as assigned by Store ManagementEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches Demonstrate a consistent track record of employment Ability to work independently and in a team setting Must pass pre-employment drug screen Effective communication Willingness to learn and grow Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
