Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for AZ or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications:
Must have and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association
Equipment/Procedures:
provision of physical therapy evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients, provision of specialty services such as wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic
Experience: 3 years
