We are considering applications from sales professionals who have experience in commercial furniture & architectural products (eg. HNI, Steelcase, Haworth, Miller Knoll, Haworth, KI, Global, Kimball, DIRTT).
This is a leadership role for someone who has the experience, and feels they are ready, to lead a sales team; setting strategy, coaching reps, and driving growth across furniture and architectural product lines. While you'll stay close to the business through joining client meetings and helping close key deal, this is fundamentally a management role focused on developing people and scaling revenue. Your performance will be measured not by how many deals you have closed, but by overall company growth.
