About the role
Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a compassionate, data-driven BCBA to lead our center-based ABA services in Houston. You will design and oversee treatment plans, mentor therapists, and partner with families and the interdisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, monitor progress with data-based decisions, and ensure compliance with BACB ethics and state regulations.
