Machine Operator 2nd Shift Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operator workers for a manufacturing company in Milford, IA. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality fabricated products while working with a variety of manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Operate and set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements Work with fabrication equipment including brake presses, laser machines, CNC equipment, saws, routers, and related machinery Perform quality inspections on first articles and throughout production runs Monitor equipment and materials to identify quality concerns or production issues Enter production data and metrics into company systems for tracking and reporting Troubleshoot and communicate equipment issues to reduce downtime Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures High school diploma or GEDAbility to read a tape measure and perform precise measurements Ability to read blueprints and use inspection and measuring tools Basic computer and data entry skills Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, reach, and grasp for extended periods Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred but not required Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
