About the role

To support a growing renewable energy platform, the full-time Solar Project Developer will manage the development lifecycle of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams across various U.S. power markets.
Key responsibilities: Advance complex energy projects through multiple stages of development, from site evaluation to project execution Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, landowners, and utilities to ensure project feasibility and compliance Evaluate new project opportunities and contribute to the development strategy and commercial aspects of projects Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in power, renewable energy, or related project development Strong understanding of project feasibility, risk, timelines, and economics Experience with site evaluation, permitting, and interconnection processes Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Environmental Science, Real Estate, or a related discipline Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
