Canonical is seeking a General Counsel to lead its global Legal and Compliance function. The role reports to the COO and oversees licensing, IP, data privacy, export controls, and governance across EMEA and the Americas. You will guide the board and executive team, shape commercial contracting frameworks, and drive public-company readiness in a fast-growing, open-source software company.
