Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Construction Administrator for a growth-oriented company in San Diego. This role supports daily operations with a strong focus on administrative tasks, phone support, and customer service. Experience in the construction field preferred. Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Greet incoming visitors
  • Provide day-to-day customer service support
  • Support daily operations including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, documentation)
  • Coordinate internal requests and follow up as needed
  • Assist with invoicing, supplies, and basic operational tasks
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of administrative, operations, or customer service experience
  • Strong phone skills and customer service mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
