Caseload: 10 students District open to having teacher continue in another role for the remainder of the school year after sub position ends

What You'll Do: Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB District open to sponsoring out-of-permission licensure if needed Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
