This position is built for individuals who want more than a sales job. You'll sell, grow a client base, and have the opportunity to recruit and develop your own team within the agency structure. WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES → Client-facing consultative sales in financial services → Access to warm leads — no cold calling → Building and mentoring your own sales team over time → No territory restrictions — work with clients anywhere → 100% remote with full schedule flexibility → Performance-based compensation with leadership overrides (1099)WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR → Sales leadership or management experience (any industry) → Strong communication and coaching skills → Self-directed with a high standard of accountability → Driven to build, not just perform → Ability to obtain a state insurance license (guidance provided)BACKGROUNDS THAT TRANSITION WELL Sales Managers
