Kelso Industries is seeking a Divisional HR Manager to lead HR strategy across multiple operating companies from our Salt Lake City area offices. You will partner with senior leaders to build a high-performing workforce and culture that drives business success. This strategic, hands-on role involves leading leadership development, HR analytics, compensation initiatives, and partnerships with OpCo leadership to align people strategies with Kelso's growth plans.
