Position Description:
Modern Family Law, a renowned law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a compassionate, innovative, and respected Paralegal to join our team in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division.
Manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Work primarily from home with required in-person client meetings as needed.
Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in family law.
Strong writing skills demonstrated through professional samples.
Experience working with multiple attorneys in a law firm setting.
Proficiency in e-filing with County Courts.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service mindset focused on client experience.
Strong references attesting to professionalism and expertise.

Additional Information
Compensation:
$22–$34 hourly plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, FSA/HSA, disability, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and wellness programs. Additional voluntary benefits are available.
