About the role
POSITION GOAL Perform clerical and administrative support duties within the Office of the General Counsel, including document processing, recordkeeping, and basic coordination of office activities. This role follows established procedures to support efficient office operations while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE A standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
A minimum of five (5) years of clerical experience including word processor and microcomputer experience.
Ability to perform a variety of clerical tasks accurately and efficiently.
Effective verbal, written, and communication skills.
Advanced organization skills and keen attentiveness to detail.
Computer skills as required for the position.
