Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage all operational activities. Oversee product production, inventory management, and personnel performance. Drive sales and marketing initiatives to enhance financial performance. Ensure compliance with operational guidelines set by corporate.
Qualifications: A minimum of a High School Diploma. At least 3 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant. Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills. Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume situations. Must be capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
