Candidates should be comfortable managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, possess strong computer skills, and have experience in clerical or office tasks. (Minimum 1 year of experience required). This is a Part-Time position with the opportunity for Full-Time.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies.Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers.
