About the role

Senior Manager, Merchandise BuyerWe're looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, Merchandise Buyer, to lead our growing Home & Gift category across retail and e-commerce. You'll own the full product lifecycle—from concept and vendor sourcing through launch—and shape an emerging, high-visibility category with strategic importance to the business.
What You'll Do: Build and manage product assortments that align with brand strategy and deliver sales, margin, and profit goals. Lead vendor negotiations, cost management, and inventory flow. Use sales trends, customer insights, and market data to guide assortment strategies and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Planning, Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, Allocation, Visual, and Retail Operations. Oversee category timelines, sample management, product setup, and launch readiness. Ensure consistent merchandising execution across retail and ecommerce. Produce reporting, recaps, and insights to drive continuous improvement. Manage and develop one direct report. What You'll Bring 10+ years in merchandising, sourcing, vendor management, planning, or related roles. Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial planning skills. Experience driving business results in an omnichannel environment. Home, Gift, or lifestyle category background preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities. Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
