About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue to lead the development and execution of its long-term growth strategy, with a focus on revenue generation and market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and leading the company's revenue strategy, establishing targets, and aligning growth plans with the organization's mission and impact. This executive role involves leading the Go-to-Market function, including new business development, renewal efforts, and RFPs, and requires a strong background in sales management, preferably within the education industry. The VP of Revenue will also be tasked with team leadership, oversight of revenue functions, and ensuring the integration and accountability of the revenue organization. Candidates for the Vice President of Revenue position at the company should have a Master's degree in business or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in sales management. The role demands a proven track record in meeting sales targets, the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, and strong leadership and management skills. Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of educational systems and tutoring practices are essential. The VP of Revenue will be expected to have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
