At Sikich, you'll find optimism, clear insights and genuine warmth, without egos.Are you ready to grow with us?What will you do in this role?Responsibilities:Work as part of implementation teams ranging for 4-6 members on Enterprise ERP ProjectsWork directly with clients to implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, & Fixed AssetsWork collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementationActively drive requirements, analysis, design, & testing phases of implementation for Supply Chain workflowMentor newer consultants on implementation process & solution designStay current on D365 F&O functional capabilities to implement feature/functions on client projectsUtilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, & standard tools to deliver project workRequirements:Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, or equivalent work experience5+ years financial implementation experience in ERP system with 2+ years in D365 F&O implementationsHands-on experience in the Manufacturing and/or Distribution industry4+ full lifecycle implementations25-50% travel may be requiredAreas of concentration desired include:GL, AR, AP, FAManufacturing & Distribution CostingProjectsUS Citizen or Green Card HolderPreferred Skills:D365 F&O (or AX 2012 R3) Finance certificationSupply chain or manufacturing certification (CSCP, CPIM, etc.)Prior experience working at a ConsultancyIn compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000.
