About the role
Manager, FP&AGrowing industrial services company A growing industrial services company is seeking a Manager, FP&A to strengthen its financial planning and analysis function. Reporting to the CFO, this role will work closely with operational leaders and senior management to improve financial visibility, support business decisions, and drive performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.
Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, profitability, and scenario analysis.
Analyze monthly P&L results and explain budget and forecast variances.
Develop management reporting and financial presentations for senior leadership.
Partner with operational leaders to understand business drivers and financial performance.
Monitor revenue, margins, costs, project performance, asset utilization, and key KPIs.
Support capital investment and strategic initiatives through financial modeling and analysis.
Provide financial analysis and decision support for special projects.
Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial models.
Partner with Accounting to align financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.4-6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
Solid accounting foundation and ability to interpret financial statements.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to finance, operational, and executive stakeholders.
ERP experience preferred.
