What You'll Do: You'll lead all aspects of showroom performance, including sales, operations, talent development, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals
Foster an engaging culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
Analyze business trends and implement strategies that improve performance
Partner with senior leadership on staffing, succession planning, and strategic initiatives
Continuously improve showroom operations and elevate the customer experience
What You Bring 3-5+ years of successful retail leadership with P&L accountability
Experience leading commissioned sales teams
Luxury retail, home furnishings, interior design, or direct-to-the-trade experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and business planning skills
A passion for developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving results

ScheduleThis is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility to support showroom operations, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods. Typical schedules range from 40-50 hours per week based on business needs.
