Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $65 to $70 per hour
Production Bonus: Competitiveproduction and collection bonusoptions

Schedule Monday through Thursday, typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PMFriday, typically 7:00 AM to 2:00 PMFlexible start and end times, with openness to a range of schedule options within those hours Technology & Clinical Support You'll work withmodern, fully digital technology, including:iTero intraoral scanners Digital radiographyCBCT imaging Voice-assisted chartingintegrated with practice management software Ultrasonic scalers Dental lasers Anin-house lab Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Alicensed Registered Dental Hygienist(holding or eligible to obtain an Alaska license ), withlocal anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification Clinically confident, dependable, and committed to thorough, patient-centered care Astrong communicatorwho educates patients without judgment Able towork independentlywhile staying an engaged team member Skilled inperiodontal care, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to keep learning Previous experience is preferred, though motivated new graduates who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
