This team centrally manages the operations of new recruiting processes for our high growth teams across the US.Responsibilities:Post jobs to the career websiteConduct thorough resume screening and send out questionnaires to qualified applicantsEnsure questionnaires are completed in a timely manner and record finding in the trackersConduct Recruiter phone screensReview and finalize recruitment matrix for each job posting, in a compliant mannerEnsure each stage is carried out in a timely and compliant mannerOrganize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely mannerFacilitate communication and act as an effective liaison between internal and external customers by providing confidential, timely and accurate informationQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degreePrior HR/Talent Acquisition experienceStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risksProficient in Microsoft Office/G-SuitePreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a start-up/fast-paced environmentImportant Note: Please be advised that this job posting is on behalf of a third-party agency.
