About the role
Greenhill & Co., Inc., part of Mizuho Americas, is seeking a Houston-based Investment Banking Associate in Energy – Oil & Gas. The Associate will join a cross-functional deal team working on M&A, A&D, corporate valuation, and capital-raising transactions for upstream, midstream and downstream clients.
The role requires at least two years of relevant banking experience in the energy sector, strong financial modeling, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
