Senior Systems Administrator – Managed Service Provider We are a growing Managed Service Provider looking for driven, experienced team members that are passionate about technology and customer service. Our mission is simple, we provide a Worry Free IT experience. Our clients are small to mid‐side businesses across all industries. We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for working complex issues/projects from networking (switching, firewalls), server administration (virtualization, Windows Server), backup and disaster recovery solutions, and cloud solutions (Azure, SharePoint, etc). If you are a motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for problem‐solving, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support server architecture including Windows Server, SQL, VMWare, etc. Experience with configuring business‐class firewalls and VPNs. Knowledge and experience with setting up and maintaining Windows Domains, GPOs, and Active Directory. Work with clients, vendors, and 3rd party consultants to implement technical solutions projects for infrastructure and desktops. Ability to work independently and with a team of technicians. Design, Implement, and Support disaster recovery solutions. Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. System documentation maintenance and recommendations. Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.QualificationsProfessional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP. Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems. Interpersonal skills: telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer‐care. Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
