Role Description The Executive Assistant role at JR Capital is a full-time, on-site position based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to company leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence and presentations. This role will oversee expense reports, organize documentation, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The Executive Assistant will act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handle phone and email communications, and support day-to-day office operations to enable executives to focus on strategic priorities. Base plus bonuses. Potential to earn six figures.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and coordination of executive activities.
Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing documents, managing office workflows, and supporting daily operations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interface with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess experience handling Expense Reports and basic financial tracking to support executive and company budgeting needs.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with common office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling and CRM systems).
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; experience in finance or professional services is a plus.
Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
