About the role
Front Desk - Receptionist Washington, Utah, United States Looking for a Front Desk - Receptionist to join our team. This position has a normal schedule of 9 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday. We are looking to hire this position immediately. You will be responsible for performing all of the duties involved in the admin & customer service process. These duties include: Provides prompt and professional customer service by responding to customer calls and emails. Process emails and voicemail according to the rules and standards the individual manager wants. Front desk responsibilities - handles customers, vendors, and walk-in traffic. You may see 10-15 people come in during the normal day. The majority of our business is done by email and phone. The main point of contact for initializing invoicing and COD routine. Our ideal person is: 2+ years of relevant experience in an office setting. Consistent with attendance and performance. Communicates well. A "can do" and "get the job done" mentality. Tech savvy, you will be using Microsoft Office and other computer programs all day. Energetic. Or refer someone
