Administrative Assistant This is a remote position.
Administrative Assistant Overview: We are seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and help manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience handling administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, document preparation, and spreadsheet maintenance. Previous experience supporting businesses in the real estate, property management, or cash advance industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize emails and respond professionally when needed Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Prepare, edit, and format documents, letters, and reports Maintain and update spreadsheets and company records Perform accurate data entry and file management Answer phone calls and communicate professionally with clients and team members Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation Assist with general administrative and office support tasks Coordinate follow-ups and ensure assigned tasks are completed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Platforms & Tools Used Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)Microsoft Office PDF Editing Tools
Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Executive Assistant Previous experience working in the real estate, property management, or cash advance industry is preferred Familiarity with the day-to-day administrative responsibilities within these industries Excellent spoken and written English Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Professional remote work environment with reliable internet access
