Examples of Remote Setter successes and upward growth Few examples, A setter went from running an agency, barely making 10k/mo, to consistently making over 10k/mo using our story-selling method to set appointments for high-ticket clients we helpA previous-bartender made 4100 in two weeks An investment researcher went from making 3-5k a month, to making that every two weeks with our structured process. Pay StructureOTE 6,000/MO and able to do anything you want with significant free time on your hands. Team members are making 7,8,9 and 10,000.00 USD every month. Hiring preferences We prefer to train people who have some sales experience. We will teach you the scripts, pacing, and style of our selling method and throw yours to the wind. Your Growth Path Our director of sales started in your shoes. A setter who wanted to earn a great living. Our head of training started in your shoes. A setter who wanted to build his career. We work extensively within the financial and high-ticket world, which opens up many career paths for our team members who are interested in exploring what those industries have to offer.
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role with commission only. You will become a highly-skilled salesperson capable of earning a great living remotely, able to work from anywhere. From Vietnam to Italy to Sacramento to Boston. From sea to shining sea, or if you choose, South Korea.
Absolute Requirements: Motivated and coachable.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
