About the role

Rare opportunity to become a National / Regional Head of Transportation for an expanding Wholesale Broker and Program Manager. This is joining an industry heavyweight who already has a solid Transportation team focussed on both primary and XS Casualty within trucking/transportation. This would suit a top performing Wholesale Broker ($500k - $1mil revenue per year) seeking a step up into a leadership role to drive performance and build strategy or an experienced Leader seeking greater autonomy and opportunity to make decisions. You will lead from the front and be involved in various lines of business including Physical Damage, Auto Liability, General Liability, Inland Marine, Occupational Accident and Garage Liability whilst being responsible for MOM and YOY premium and revenue analysis. A significant package on offer with remote working / flexibility. This firm is also looking for supplementary Producer hires as part of their next phase of growth within their transportation team, so if you have a network of people you'd like to bring on board, this would be encouraged. This is a highly confidential role, please feel free to get in touch (With or without a resume) for more information.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
