About the role

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to support young adults and adults in CBDS programs and shared living/outreach services. The role emphasizes PBIS/ABA delivery, data-based decision making, and staff training. The BCBA will develop behavioral plans, assist with medication-related data collection, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams. A Master’s degree and MA licensure with BCBA certification are required.
