Position Type: Temporary, full-time project assignment Openings: 4 Schedule Preferred schedule: Monday Thursday 8:00 a.m.5:30 p.m.10-hour shifts 40 hours per weekA Monday Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts may also be considered based on staffing needs.
What You'll Do: You'll help prepare confidential paper records for scanning and electronic storage.
Responsibilities include: Reviewing files using provided guidelines Sorting, organizing, and preparing documents Removing documents that do not meet project requirements Preparing files for scanning and shipment Handling confidential information professionally Working independently while maintaining accuracy Following procedures and meeting productivity expectations
What We're Looking For: Excellent attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Good judgment and flexible thinking Ability to work independently and with a team Basic computer skills are helpful Filing, records, data-entry, or administrative experience is a plus
