Immediate need for a talented HR Project & Communications Consultant. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Dallas, TX (Hybrid). (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).Key Responsibilities:Manage HR/Benefits projects and multiple workstreams, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, follow-ups, and action items.Develop and coordinate internal employee communications, including communication plans, campaigns, webinars, presentations, and supporting materials.Partner with HR, Benefits, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, collect feedback, resolve issues, and drive decisions.Support HR and Benefits campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring communications and deliverables are completed on schedule.Manage intranet and employee portal content, including content audits, cleanup, restructuring, updates, and migration activities.Review and coordinate content from multiple stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and ready for publication.Track project progress, identify risks or gaps, follow up with stakeholders, and keep initiatives moving in a decentralized environment.Support HR/Benefits initiatives across areas such as Total Rewards, Health Benefits, Retirement, and Compensation.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Strong project management or program coordination experience.Experience with internal communications and employee communications.Background in HR, preferably Benefits, Total Rewards, Health Benefits, Retirement, or Compensation.Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders.Experience managing intranet, employee portal, or HR content.Strong organization, follow-up, prioritization, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a decentralized environment with limited structure.Strong Excel skills.Experience with Microsoft Project.Experience with SharePoint or similar content management platforms.Experience coordinating HR/Benefits campaigns.Experience with content audits, cleanup, restructuring, and migration.Experience supporting webinars, presentations, or employee engagement initiatives.Our client is a leading Air transportation Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
