Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Adelphi is seeking Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support the delivery of speech and language services for students in a school district located in Lancaster, South Carolina. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences. Completion of an SLPA program approved by ASHA or the state licensing board. Active South Carolina SLPA License through LLR (if required).Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.Implement treatment plans and IEP activities as directed by the supervising SLP.Collect and record student progress data accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with preparing therapy materials, documentation, and progress reports. Maintain confidentiality of student information in compliance with FERPA.Support continuity of care by delivering consistent services or ensuring smooth transition if reassigned.
