UnitedHealth Group's OptumCare division seeks a Sr Director, Strategy & Growth to partner with the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer. This role translates enterprise priorities into regional initiatives, aligns stakeholders, and drives payer, growth, and partnership strategies across markets. You’ll work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.; however, in Minneapolis or Washington, DC you must be in the office four days a week.
