About the role
Careerflow Human Data Labs is seeking a resource planning lead to manage 1,800+ contributors across AI training programs. You will align capacity with demand, oversee tracking systems, and guide a team of Supply Coordinators to ensure 24/7 operations. You will make data-driven decisions, forecast gaps, and drive efficiency with cross-functional teams, including clients and PMO. This project-based role requires coordinating across multiple projects and stakeholders.
