Salary Range: $140,000.00 To $160,000.00 Annually Yost Foods, Inc. is seeking a full-time Director of Supply Chain to oversee and optimize all aspects of the company's supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and supplier relationships. They will develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Develops and implements resilient, cost efficient, and customer focused supply chain strategy in alignment with company objectives such as growth, margin improvement, and sustainability. Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitors performance against operational targets. Oversees sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging, contract services, and indirect supplies. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing. Monitors commodity markets and industry trends impacting ingredient availability and costs Improves forecasting accuracy through collaboration with sales, operations, and finance teams to achieve optimal balance between supply and demand. Implements systems and processes that enhance inventory visibility and accuracy to balance service levels with working capital. Assists in developing and managing supply chain budgets and operating expenses. Analyzes supply chain costs and identifies opportunities for improved profitibility. Knowledge & Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Engineering, or other related field required; 5-7 years of progressive supply chain management and at least 2 years in a management role required (or a combination of education and experience) Strong knowledge of procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management; experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics; excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem solving skills required. Experience with food safety and quality systems including HACCP, SQF, GMPs, and FDA regulations preferred.
