Sourcing Manager
everyday doseDenver (CO)
About the role
Sourcing Manager Everyday Dose is a functional coffee company on a mission to help people feel better, think clearer, and perform at their best, without the crash that comes with regular coffee. We're a fast-growing, nine-figure D2C brand with a loyal, high-retention subscriber base, and we're scaling our retention function to match our ambitions. We're hiring a Sourcing Manager to help drive our day-to-day sourcing and procurement function across ingredients, packaging, and branded merchandise. This is a new individual contributor role reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, with no direct reports. You'll own the execution behind how we source: running RFQs, qualifying suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, managing purchase orders, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and making sure the materials we buy meet our quality and compliance requirements. You'll work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Retail and will need to balance cost, quality, inventory, lead times, and supplier performance in a fast-moving environment. This role is fully remote, with a hybrid option available for candidates based in Austin, TX.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
