About the role
Focus Search LLC is recruiting for an SBIC Fund Accounting Director with a fast-growing national Fund Administration firm, with offices in most major markets. This role can be Fully Remote. This role will provide leadership and support for various SBIC/PE funds while working closely with team members across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with Senior leadership and be able to communicate effectively with clients. This role will utilize your organizational skills to oversee investor relations, system support and interfacing with other third-party service providers. Data entry, administrative support, correspondence, reconciliation and quarterly reporting experience will all be needed to succeed in this position. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth and advancement. Requirement: Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, CPA ideal 8+ years of progressive experience public accounting and fund administration Strong understanding and technical expertise with SBIC funds Strong team leadership and communication skills
