About the role

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Lead Superintendent to independently manage all field operations on a $5–$50M project. The position is on the job site daily and plays a key role on the project team. You will lead trade contractors, enforce safety programs, and maintain the project schedule while collaborating with owners, subs, and internal teams.
