About the role

Production Manager We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for a growing organization. This individual will be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance while developing a strong production team and supporting continued growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys being visible on the production floor, developing employees, improving processes, and holding teams accountable to operational goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule goals are achieved. Manage, coach, and develop Production Supervisors, Leads, and production employees. Establish clear performance expectations and promote accountability across the production team. Monitor production KPIs including throughput, efficiency, downtime, labor utilization, scrap, yield, and quality. Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, workflow, and process efficiency. Ensure employees follow company safety policies, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Support staffing, scheduling, training, cross-training, performance management, and employee development. Lead daily production meetings and communicate priorities, performance, and operational expectations to the team. Help build scalable processes and a strong production culture as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications: 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within a high-volume production environment. Previous experience managing production teams, supervisors, and/or frontline employees. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and employee performance. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
