About the role
Owning the reporting infrastructure for key business verticals, the full-time remote Lead Analytics Manager will manage data extraction, drive reporting standardization, and partner closely with business teams to provide actionable insights that enhance performance marketing optimization.
Key responsibilities
Audit and standardize reporting across assigned verticals to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to bridge business context and data understanding, improving dashboard utility
Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to drive data-informed decisions
Required qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a focus on performance or affiliate marketing
Expertise in SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex data
Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
Demonstrated ability to own reporting end-to-end, from data pipeline to dashboard
Strong curiosity and business acumen to become a trusted analytical partner
