About the role
Federal Rfp With Ustda Information Resource Center We need live resumes (one per role) for a Federal RFP with the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) Information Resource Center (IRC) for the following positions: Project Manager Senior Admin Support / Records Management Senior Admin Support / Project IS Admin Support / Project IS Admin Support / Facility & Audio-Visual Management Admin Support / Information Specialist Admin Support / Mail & File Management Admin Support / Receptionist Ability to obtain and retain a "SECRET" security clearance. Project Manager At least 15 years of relevant work experience Demonstrates strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills Experience with performance and oversight of Quality Control Program Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting Experience with administrative services like office management, records, human resources support, or procurement Experience analyzing and implementing business processes Experience leading projects, including creating project plans and process maps Proficient in using software for data analysis, financial management, and project management Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks Experience with risk management related to timelines, costs, or compliance Experience using data to make decisions, measure performance, and improve outcomes Understanding of budget management, contractor personnel oversight, and other relevant administrative functions Ability to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events College degree required, business, management, or related degree preferred Senior Admin Support to include Records Management/Custodian Duties (Non-Exempt) At least 10 total years of related work experience At least 5 years of records management experience, including Freedom of Information Act information management Experience in creating and implementing records management policies, procedures, and retention schedules Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff Strong computer skills (database, word processing, and data entry skills) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to innovative and quality customer service Physical ability to move large number of files and/or file boxes Experience with Records Management; Records Management training, or certificate, preferred Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services Experience with administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or policies and procedures Ability to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Ability to identify and resolve complex problems College degree required in business or information management and/or related certifications Senior Admin Support/Project Information Specialist to include Facilities and Audio-Visual Management for Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, and Business Center Management (non-exempt) At least 10 years of administrative management or relevant work experience Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff Experience in information and records management Proficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to innovative and quality customer service Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes Experience providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity; presentations or visual material access Experience creating and editing audio-visual content such as presentations and videos Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or security Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Ability to identify and resolve complex problems College degree required in business or information management and/or related certifications Admin Support/Project Information Specialist (non-exempt) At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff Experience in information and records management Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or budget/finance Experience with travel management Proficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to innovative and quality customer service Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes Experience providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity; presentations or visual material access Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Ability to identify and resolve complex problems College degree in business or information management and/or related certifications preferred Admin Support to include Receptionist and Mail and File Management (non-exempt) 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment as a support assistant or receptionist, or equivalent position Experience handling phone calls, emails, and mail, serving as the point of contact for internal and external communication Experience collecting, sorting, and distributing incoming mail Ability to maintain records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information Ability to ensure appropriate mailing and/or shipping of packages, letters, etc. Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and greeting high-level guests Experience creating and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents Experience providing general office support like various administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and customer service Experience with upkeep and setting up of all conference and training rooms Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Ability to manage the receptionist area Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various individuals Proficiency in office
