About The Role Informed Land Survey (ILS) is hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our HR, accounting, and general administrative operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — we'd love to hear from you! Requirements What You'll Do: Run weekly payroll (Gusto) Process accounts payable, vendor payments, and invoicing (QuickBooks) Handle union reporting and compliance documentation Set up new projects and manage project paperwork Support day-to-day office operations and customer service What We're Looking For 1-2+ years admin or accounting support experience Payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable experience Strong organizational skills & attention to detail Customer service mindset QuickBooks and Gusto experience a plus Valid driver's license with clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid vacation & holidays Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for growth About The Company At Informed Land Survey (ILS), our greatest strength is our people.
