About the role
- Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing individual mental health therapy.
- Provide clinically appropriate therapy services to children and adolescents.
- Complete psychosocial assessments.
- Develop and update person-centered treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Complete timely contact notes and clinical documentation for all sessions.
- Document all services through our cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR).Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other members of the treatment team as appropriate.

- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling is required.
- Current Maryland licensure that authorizes the provision of mental health treatment.
- Previous psychotherapy experience in a community-based setting is preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
