About the role
Tensec is building cross-border financial infrastructure and expanding across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. You will lead the legal function, advise the founders and executive team, and own regulatory development across BSA/AML, FinCEN, and OFAC.
You will manage all material agreements and build a scalable in-house legal backbone to enable rapid market entry and product launches in each jurisdiction.
