About the role
Leading relationships with fleet partners, the remote Senior Fleet Partnerships Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fleet organizations, ensuring their success on the platform and advocating for their needs while driving cross-functional improvements.
Key responsibilities:
Own relationships with a portfolio of fleet partners, acting as their trusted advisor and primary contact
Lead onboarding and enablement efforts to ensure fleet partners are successfully integrated into the platform
Gather and synthesize partner feedback, translating insights into actionable requirements for internal teams Required qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or a related role
Experience in fleet management, automotive, or transportation technology
Proven ability to manage strategic customer or partner relationships in a SaaS or platform-based environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities effectively
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, or Operations teams
