Our approach is centered around education, prevention, personal responsibility, and empowering patients to take control of their health. We are looking for a provider who shares that passion. Who We're Looking For Our ideal NP is: High-energy, positive, and motivated Self-driven and comfortable working independently Passionate about health, fitness, nutrition, and longevity Excited about educating patients—not simply prescribing medications Comfortable having meaningful conversations about lifestyle, prevention, hormones, metabolic health, and long-term wellness Interested in continuing to learn and grow in HRT, weight management, functional medicine, and longevity Comfortable working within a faith-based practice and supportive of our mission and values Personable and able to build strong, long-term relationships with patients
Qualifications:

The Position:
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow as our practice expands. We are a smaller, independently owned practice where providers have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and practice medicine differently from the traditional high-volume healthcare model. We want a provider who believes that patients can change the trajectory of their health when they are given the education, tools, accountability, and support to do so. If you are passionate about health and fitness, love educating patients, and want to be part of a practice focused on helping people become healthier—not simply managing illness—we would love to hear from you.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
