About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS support inquiries.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution.
- Manage and prioritize support requests and tickets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to vendors or technical support partners as needed.
- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base resources. Learner Engagement & Program Support
- Monitor learner participation and engagement.
- Manage badge programs and maintain learner recognition or awards leaderboards.
- Track and coordinate participation incentives and related communications.
- Support initiatives that improve learner engagement and overall user experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform usability, learner engagement, and administrative efficiency.
- Document recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support ongoing optimization of LMS operations and user experience.
- Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), SaaS platform, or similar business application.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience troubleshooting user issues and providing technical support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
